These holders hold writing tools horizontally and can be attached to belts, belt loops, tee shirt collars etc. allowing users to have them available at arms length when needed, but out of way when not needed. The horizontal hanging design allows wearer the ability to bend or stoop without as much risk of them sticking into the wearers stomach or leg that a vertical hanging writing instrument would pose. They are made out of a variety of materials such as: Silicone (red, navy blue, pink, light blue, green, black, light gray, purple, yellow and orange), Rubber (black) and Plastic (black).
